Automatically, I gather technical data like IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, approximate location, and cookies for Site functionality and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics). 

I do not sell personal information or use it for broad targeted advertising.

I use this information to respond to inquiries, quote and schedule sessions, deliver galleries and products, process payments, send transactional updates, improve the Site, prevent fraud, and (with your opt-in) share occasional newsletters or Wisconsin photography updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.

I share data only as needed: with service providers, professional advisors, or authorities when legally required. Data is primarily processed in the U.S.; I apply appropriate safeguards for any international transfers.

I retain information as long as necessary or required by law—typically 12–24 months for inquiries, at least 7 years for client contracts and tax records under Wisconsin/federal rules, and 14–26 months for analytics—then delete or anonymize it.

In case of a data breach involving personal information under Wisconsin law (Wis. Stat. § 134.98), I will notify affected Wisconsin residents without unreasonable delay (generally within 45 days max), detailing the breach and mitigation steps. If over 1,000 residents are impacted, I will also notify consumer reporting agencies.

MO Imagery is not for children under 16; I do not knowingly collect their data and will delete any inadvertently obtained.
